Terms of Service

1) Who we are

The Site and Services are operated by Routego Leadership Studio Inc. (“Routego,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site/Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping login credentials secure.

3) Mentorship scope (no guarantees)

• Mentorship is educational and informational. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
• Results depend on many factors; we do not guarantee outcomes, employment, revenue, or specific results.

4) Pricing, billing & renewals

• Prices, plan terms, and what’s included are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
• If you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize automatic charges at the stated cadence until you cancel. Renewal occurs at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Applicable taxes may be added as required by law.

5) Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

• To cancel a recurring plan, use your account settings (if available) or email us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise.
• Rescheduling 1:1 sessions requires at least 24 hours’ notice; missed/late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.
• Except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. If we cancel a scheduled 1:1 session and cannot reschedule, we will provide a reasonable credit or refund for that session.

6) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site/Services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, disrupt, or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or confidential content without permission.

7) Intellectual property & content

• We own the Site and our materials (including templates, videos, text, and branding). You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own use.
• You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our materials without written permission.
• If you submit content to us (e.g., feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to operate and improve the Services.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site/Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routego will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Routego’s total liability for claims relating to the Site/Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Routego for the Services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Site/Services. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
